  By installing a plugin the following change will be made to the site:
  WordPress.com Subdomains: Your subdomain will change from pinkrush1984.wordpress.com to pinkrush1984.wpcomstaging.com.

  What exactly are you trying to achieve, and what do you need help with?

  It looks like you’re trying to use plugins – you would need plan Business or above for that. Since those plans come with a free custom domain for the first year, you don’t need to worry about the free address changing.
