    I want to know if this company is legitimately associated with WordPress. I rang to get assistance and this is quote and email I got back. please tell me if this is real or how I get tech support with legit WordPress.

    WordPress is open source, so anyone can build a business around providing technical support for it. I’m not very familiar with the agency who sent you the quote, but there are various articles online about finding reputable WordPress developers. You’ll have to do your own due diligence about who to use.

    If you’re having backend problems with your site though, you may want to start by contacting your hosting provider.

    Doing a whois lookup on your domain name shows that it’s registered through GoDaddy, so you might ask them for help with the login issue first.

    GoDaddy will not help you with your video problem though, which is where you’ll have to do your own search and evaluation for a WordPress developer.
