    Hi there,

    I see your site used to be on our Business Plan, but that plan expired and was removed from your site in July last year. This caused all Business Plan features, like the custom theme and plugins you were using, to be disabled.

    If you want to reactivate those, go to Upgrades ->Plans and buy a new Business Plan. Once the plan is restored, you’ll be able to reactivate your theme and plugins, and you’ll also have access to live chat support again.

    If you don’t want to continue with Business, we’ll need to properly downgrade your site back to the free plan. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.

    Once the site has been reverted, you’ll then be able to continue using it as normal, but you won’t be able to install your own theme or plugins, and will only be able to use the themes we offer here on WordPress.com.

    Please confirm if you want us to downgrade the site.
