I have a website hosted on WordPress, unrelated to this account. http://www.monoclebooth.com
I need help troubleshooting a plugin that refuses to send emails once users complete a contact form. I do no understand the solutions offered in the forums, I definitely need help.

It’s for http://www.monoclebooth.com – I would like to get my contact form to send submissions to my inbox.
It has worked for a year, recently it has stopped working.
I’ve used a plugin called Contact form 7.
I just started using one called Huge IT Forms .
Submissions make it as far as the submissions inbox of the plugin, but will not forward to my inbox even with the forwarding options turned on.
If you are going to tell me to change certain coding items, I don’t know where to find those lines. I have access to our web server(?) CPanel and would need guidance changing the correct folders

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
