  Hi, i just paid for a premium annual plan for wordpress but the site is still treating it like i am on the free plan. Any help?

  We did get the money, but the plan was not created.

  It won’t appear because staff-blorbo canceled those purchases. He added the credit to your account so that you can go ahead and re-purchase the plan without the need to pay again.
  In the checkout, you’ll see that you can choose to pay with the credits. Let us know how it goes.
