  Hi there,

  You are currently unable to close your account because there are premium themes still connected to it. I can remove the themes for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
