  I want to cancel my account and recive my money back… My cancellation still be pending few days…

  Hi there!

  After you cancel a domain, a confirmation email is sent out to the address we have on file for you and the cancellation is completed once the confirmation link in that email is clicked on. It seems that the link wasn’t clicked on in this case, which is why the cancellation was left as pending.

  I’ve gone ahead to cancel the domain through our system for you and have issued a full refund. Please note, it usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on your statement.
