Hi. I want to have other domain, need help

  It stands that it cost 12 dollar to change domain, I want to have this domain : Slettevoldhagesenter.com on my webpress blog instead of what I have now.(I have bought that domain on one com)
  But I have tried on one com to change ip adress that is ok. But can you help me so this domain is the main adress to my site?

  It is ok. for me to pay as long as this get fixed.
