Hi I want to remove one of the users

    But the thing is this person I forgot her account also she can’t access her wordpress anymore, is there anyway to remove it. cause I didn’t used my website again but i still got billing every year
    when I tried to remove this user ‘@theperson owns following domain used on this site: kpopnesia.com. This domain will have to be transferred to a different site, transferred to a different registrar, or canceled before removing or deleting @theperson’

    How am I supposed to do?

    Can you clarify how you’re getting the billing? Are you the person being charged or is she being charged and then forwarding the charge to you?

    Whoever is paying each year should be able to gain access to the account so they can either cancel the domain or transfer it to this account.
