Hi, i’d like to cancel my subscription, but i can’t seem to find out how.

    I’ve looked around and googled, but i don’t see it. I was told to wait until December before i could cancel it, but now i’m trying and idk how.

    Hi buonco,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades. What is the address of the site you would like to cancel the subscription for? Please don’t share any transaction details here, a site address is all I need for now.

    You could try logging out of your buonco account, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. There should be an option to cancel upgrades from the Manage Purchases page in the correct account.
