  My support is telling me when I click on ‘themes’ there should be a button that says ‘add new’ but there isn’t that option for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  you can not upload third party themes on WordPress.COM – but you can use the over 300 free & paid themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes/
