Hi I’m trying to schedule introductory session

    Hi I missed my introductory session and need to schedule a second one and keep being told to upgrade to business. I signed up for a business plan and paid two days ago. The same keeps happening every time I go to design. It keeps telling me to upgrade and is not logging changes.

    Hi irgotravel,

    The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress. What is the address of the site you upgraded? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details here, just a site address.

    If you haven’t done so already, please logging out of WordPress.com from the My Profile page and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, you should be able to start a chat. We can then look at your account and go from there.
