  Hi! I’m interested in upgrading my jetpack plan, I tries both International(VISA) and Domestic cards but still it shows ‘Transaction declined, please use another card’

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Many thanks for reaching out. I can’t see any issues with being able to make a purchase on WordPress.com.

  ‘Transaction declined, please use another card’

  You may wish to check with the payment provider to make sure the payment method is functioning as it should do.
