  There are steps for deleting a site here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Keep in mind: deleting is permanent, so only do that if you’re sure you don’t want to access the site again or use the site address in the future.

  Alternatively, you can set the site to private so that only you (and people you invite) can see it by following the directions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
