Hi! Is "Follow" fly-out bar accesible in custom hosting?

  Hi!
  In wordpress.com for logged-out users there is cool widject in right-bottom part of the page, that allows to subscribe blog by e-mail:
  http://oi61.tinypic.com/2zrlude.jpg

  But now I recreate my blog in other hosting, and cannot find this widget as plugin. There is “Subscriptions” or in Jetpack, but it is not same.. Can I install it on my custom hosting blog or it is only for WordPress.com users?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No problem. You’ll need to register a WordPress.org username before you can post in that forum as your WordPress.com password won’t work there.
