I had a further look into this domain and I received the same error when trying to register it. Unfortunately, it seems that the issue is that the domain is actually locked at the moment. This is because it was previously registered by someone (I’m not sure if that was you or not) and then the registration expired or was cancelled. After that the domain went into the standard expiration phase where it could have been redeemed by the previous owner and then, after about 50 days or so, it became fully cancelled and is locked from being re-registered for a while.
This effectively means that no one currently owns the domain, but it is also unavailable for registration. Judging from the info that we have, it looks like it will only be available again on 29 March 2018, but it could be sooner than that and we have no real way of knowing.
I’m sorry to be delivering this news, but unfortunately that is how domains work all over the internet and it is not something that we dictate or have control over.
