  Hi my site title lights up and changes blue when hovered over… How do i turn this off?

  Hi Paul,

  That is a feature which is built in to your theme and is what is called a CSS function. While this can be changed, it requires the Custom Design add-on which comes with the WordPress.com Premium package.
