  Hello I’m facing the problem with cannot log in to my WordPress. My website is https://Jerserry.com
  When I type password and showing me this website is not under or registered on WordPress. May I know how can I fix it? Thank you

  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it in anyway connected to a wordpress.com account. You must log in at https://jerserry.com/wp-admin using the credentials you set when you started that site.

  I going to the link and try and is showing Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress. What can I do next?

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. As your site uses the open source wordpress.org, you find info at https://wordpress.org/support/article/login-trouble/ and you can get support at https://wordpress.org/support/

  when I log in to WordPress.com is working but on the left is notice me about (this site cannot be accessed and ask me to fix it. may I know what to do?

  hello there, my wordpress.com facing some problems. this morning I just disconnect jetpack from wordpress.com and now I can’t search my site already, (http://jerserry.com) may I know how to do it?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  So, you’ll log in to it through https://jerserry.com/wp-login.php and not through us.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  With that said, if you’d like to manage your WordPress.org site through WordPress.com, that is one of the features of the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
