Hi, my website disappeared

  My website http://www.eyexhibition.com disappeared. I’m sure the payment was over due but I didn’t get a reminder or anything. And now I see the eyexhibition.word… site but that doesn’t have the updates I made last march or april. Help?!

  Hi there,

  Please ignore the previous email notification you received. I appear to have mixed up information from two different threads.

  eyexhibition.com expired in September last year. It has since been removed from our system and is no longer registered. There is no way for us to recover that domain any more.

  The good news is it doesn’t look like anyone else has since bought it, so you should be able to just register it again as a new domain. Please go to My Site ->Plans to add a new plan to your site, and then you will be able to register the domain again.

  We sent several reminder emails, starting 60 days before that domain expired up until a few days after. If you did not receive theme, your email provider might have filtered them to spam.
