I’m having trouble keeping up with the strings of conversations. With customer service. Can you please assist me on how I can exchange my domain to a lower priced one. When I initially bought this domain I thought it was a month to month payment plan, but it was a yearly payment. I have seen other options I’d like to know what my other options are if you could please email me in response to my inquiry on a refund, And strange in my domain plan.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
