Hi, noob here, how do post profile photo by the side?

  Hi everyone.

  I have seen a lot of blogs having their author’s photo on either the left or right column.

  How do you do that? Or can someone point me to the info? I searched through the FAQs…could not find it, or rather, there is too much info I can’t find it…

  i think most people are just pasting the photo into a text widget. to put your avatar in the widget, copy something like this into a widget:
  <img src="http://wordpress.com/avatar/kai2810-128.jpg" alt="author photo" />
