  Hi Sir, I do not see the icon and I do not see the icon to post in the admin panel of my WordPress website

  @rameshanjana8, while logged in, you should see a bar at the top of the page. You’ll see a notification icon on the far right, then your gravatar, and then a “write” button.

  You should also see My Site on the left. You could click that to get a dropdown, and click “Add” next to Post or Page.

  Are you seeing that bar at all?
