  Hi Support

  We want to make a backup of our site, but the Export function does not work. It hangs up after a while.

  We would also like to have the TG domain changed to a normal http domain, like this https://terragermania.com
  Could you please do this for us ?

  We also get the following error message.

  “last update of the WP IOS App, Version 4.3, since a couple of days, the App stopped updating correctly the comments under the articles.
  That means for example:
  If in the Reader is displayed the Articles and in the field under the articles, beside the
  notification bulb is displayed for example 14 comments, by typing on the articles and open themes, under the article is only displayed and to read for example 5 comments. So there must be a bug with the correct updating procedure in the App. Closing the App to Background or finishing the App, doesn’t resolve the problem. In the prior WP App version this doesn’t occurs.”

  Could you please resolve this for us ?
