I have 3 days till my site expires. I urgently want to move the site to Blue Host. I want to pay them each year for site renewal and hosting. I need the following:
1.unlock site ( this is apparently done)
2.disable privacy (this is not possible – text grey – not accessible)
3.obtain EPP code ( cant change email address on contact page – text grey – not accessible)
4.DNS to Blue Host (this appears to be done – so dont understand here)
Please can you assist me.

The greyed out inaccessible text which i did not type in and which has suddenly appeared reads as follows:

I have requested an EPP code but this will go to their email address as the site does not have mine because it will not allow me to type in my email address over the grey text.

Hi Di,
The “Domains by Proxy, LLC” contact information you see on your domain is linked to the private registration upgrade on your domain. When private registration is enabled, your contact information is hidden (both from the public and in the domain manager) and you’ll see that information instead. That doesn’t change where the EPP code is emailed once privacy is disabled — that code will be emailed to you.
You can follow the steps in our guide to Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar to disable privacy and request that EPP code. Have you already gone through the steps described there?
