I need some urgent help. We have a brand new WP site, and are using Woocommerce as our webstore. For some reason our eway (only payment method set up) is not authenticating despite having the same credentials as our Xero (separate to this issue, but how we have processed orders prior to the store, and this is linked and taking payments as normal)

If your website is running the open source WordPress software on your own web hosting with a paid WooCommerce extension or the WordPress.com Business or Ecommerce plan, you can open a ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ You do need to be logged in with the username account that purchased the plan.
