  Hi there! Any time I try to customise my site, I’m taken to a login page that says my email address isn’t valid. Please help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site on Bluehost. This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!

  Thanks for your help, I’m just not sure how I ended up here by just following the links from the set up page? I’m completely lost since I signed out after creating my Bluehost and WordPress account(s)

  We get that a lot! You signed in to WordPress.com due to the Jetpack plugin and clicked for help, probably. Check out how to reset your password at the WordPress.org documentation or post there for help.

  Hi again darciemg!
  Sorry to bug you, just another hiccup!

  When I go to log in on WordPress.org it says there is no user registered with this email, so now I’m really lost and confused!

  Any help would be appreciated

  Just sign up. Your username here and the one on your own site are totally separate systems that don’t carry over to that site. You need to register for that one to post.
