    HI there,

    The No Ads upgrade on your site expired and was removed in May last year when it wasn’t renewed. Your last renewal payment was in April 2015.

    It’s not possible to add that upgrade back to your site any more at this point, but if you purchase the Personal Plan you’ll get that, along with a space upgrade, a domain and access to live chat support for just a few pounds more than the old cost of the stand-alone ads upgrade.

    If you want to take this route, you can purchase the plan via My Site ->Plans.
