"Hi there! It seems you are lost" error when opening files

Hey :) My blog is http://medicinajaveriana.wordpress.com and I post from e-mail, since yesterday, everytime I post a file (pdf, xls, doc, etc) and then my readers try to open it, they got redirected to a page that says
Hi there. You seem to be lost.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Perhaps it was there but now it’s gone. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?I’ve searched and in some pages they say I have a problem with my permalinks, but then I go to Settings in My Account and there’s no option for changing permalinks (because Im a free user, not a Pro one) so I cannot change my permalinks… so, what can I do?

There was a problem yesterday with Post by Email – attachments were given a bad file name – the Post by email should be fixed now – but you will need to upload the files again that ended up with the broken URL and then fix the links in the Posts or resend the old email and delete the Posts with the broken links
