    Hey lizcouette,

    Sorry to see you go. Is there a particular problem that you’re having or feature you’re looking for that’s causing this decision? I’m not a staff member, but I’m interested nonetheless.

    To answer your question directly; You are in total control of your blog here at WordPress.com. There’s a few easy steps you can take to ensure your site is no longer accessible. Keep in mind, of course, that this is permanent. I’m sure you already knew that though. :)

    Your account will not be deleted, however, because WordPress doesn’t want someone else taking your account name. Some information on that can be found here. :)
