    HI i have a few questions
    1. do u offer trial period so that i can know if this is good for me?
    2.Im building up an online shop platform with many brands, do u have any examples which uses ur service?

    Hi @carolyn0724,

    Yes! You can give one of the upgraded plans a shot, and if you can cancel within 30 days, you’ll be able to request a refund. Check out this link – https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    It sounds like you’re setting up a shop and will need eCommerce options. WordPress has the different options for selling things online available here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/

    Since WordPress powers such a high percentage of websites, you’ll have no problem finding examples of online shops. I would Google something like: “Examples of eCommerce Websites Built With WordPress”.

    Hi there,

    Just to clarify, we don’t offer a trial period. We do offer a 30 day refund period if you’re not happy with your purchase. Do keep in mind, though, that if you register a custom domain as part of your plan that can only be refunded for 48 hours, so if you cancel after that you will not receive a refund for the non-domain portion of the plan.
