    Hi, we need help verifying our plan.

    We were told this site should be on a Premium plan, but the dashboard currently shows Free and does not allow connecting an existing domain.


    Can you please check:


      1. Whether this site is attached to a paid plan



    2. Which account/email the plan is billed under



    3. Why the “Use a domain I already own” option is not available




    The site is: worktroopers.wordpress.com

    You do have a different site on a Premium plan, and the worktroopers.wordpress.com site is currently on the Free plan. It looks like the mix-up is coming from having two separate sites under the same account.
