Hidden Admin Bar

    When logged into WordPress and clicked onto the webpage to begin editing a page, the admin bar no longer shows up. Meaning we are unable to edit the site.

    We have tried to fix this following suggestions on YouTube such as:
    Ticked the toolbar and tried unticking and re-ticking.
    Clearing the caches/cookies on WordPress and chrome
    Used w3 Total cache
    Updating plug ins

    Unfortunately none of this has worked and are now stuck with what to try next.

    Please can you advise how we can fix this issue.

    Hi Frank,

    It sounds like you’re using the open source version of WordPress at another host, as W3 Total Cache cannot be used with sites hosted here on WordPress.com.

    Support for that version of WordPress is provided by the community over on WordPress.org, so perhaps try asking for advice in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
