Hidden keywords

Not sure this is possible, but is there a way to hide some key words? Long story but there is an unflattering, slanderous article about me that comes up when you search my real name. I have lawyers working on getting it removed but until then I would love for that to be pushed back on Google searches and my blog pages to come up if anyone searches for my real name.
That being said I don’t want my real name written all over my blog for strangers to see. I’d like people looking for me to find the blog but still keep my anonymity.
I like having tags and keywords on my homepage, so I’d like some seen. Hopefully this makes sense and is possible to hide my name somewhere in each page without having it seen…?

We don’t currently have a way to selectively hide keywords on the site itself, but you can set a meta description with our SEO tools, which might help: https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo-tools/
