Hidden Nav bar when using a mobile phone.

Hi.
I have noticed that when I go onto my site using a/any mobile phone, the menu/nav bar dose not show up. It’s just two White lines with no links in it. If you tap the empty bar it does then expand to view the menu but surely not everybody is going to know that.
Is there anyway of changing this. It works fine on a desktop or tablet.
