Hidden/Obscured Subscriber Name Information

  I am having an issue with viewing some of the information for subscribers to my site. I downloaded my subscriber list to scrub it. While some subscriber entries include a first name, last name, and email address, there are subscribers that I have email addresses for, but the name information seems to be obscured or tokenized. Is this normal? Does this happen when someone signs up to subscribe but doesn’t confirm their email address or something like that?
