  Please can you hide the blog page South Community Assembly. I have admin rights to add pages but cannot close or hide account as the person who set this up has now left.

  I’m sorry but that’s not possible. Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog. That is the person who can make the blog private. We cannot do that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
