Hide answer to question in free wordpress.com

  I want to use a function to hide the answer to a question.

  I am going to use it to a quiz.

  For example like this:
  
  Question: What is the capital city of Great Britain?
  Answer: London
  
  In this case the answer “London” should not be visible until you do something. For example clicks on a link.
  
  I have seen sites where the answer i shown like a “piece of text” that is shown under the question when you click on a link or something similar.

  I am using the free version of wordpress.com.
