Hide author with CSS

Can custom CSS be used to hide the author on a post?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes you can.
I imagine you mean “Alan H.” in http://seeingtheforest.org/2015/04/19/62/. Isn’t it? In this case you can hide it by using a short Custom CSS code. You would need to make disappear two lines, ‘Posted by’ and the name.
.posted-by .sep {display:none !important;} .posted-by .entry-author {display:none !important;}I hope this helps you.

The two lines of CSS did indeed get rid of my name, but the post still has my photo, the word “PUBLISHED”, a line for the previous article, and the blog at wordpress information as well as the Caldwell theme info. I would like, if possible, to get rid of all of these, but at least everything other than the wordpress and Caldwell. What is the CSS I need for these?
Thanks. -
Hi!
There is nothing at http://seeingtheforest.org/2015/04/20/one/ right now, I assume you solved it? In other case, please, tell me where to find your page.
Enjoy blogging!

I did solve all my problems by creating pages instead of posts. Sorry to have bothered you. Thanks for your help.
