Hide Blog Name / Tagline from Title Tag

  It appears that WordPress, by default, appends the blog name / blog tagline to the title tag of each blog post. How do you stop this from happening?

  I have dug through every setting and haven’t been able to come up with anything.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot alter permalink structure on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
