Hide category, tag, author, permalink and date
-
Hi,
I don’t want date, author, category, tag or permalink to show up on my posts. Neither on a page of posts such as https://eastlondonchorus.wordpress.com/category/concerts-this-season/?order=asc, nor on the individual post page such as https://eastlondonchorus.wordpress.com/2015/10/09/concert-programme-2015-2016/.I can’t find a help page that explains the CSS to use but searching the forum I’ve found a few examples that do a bit of this, but not all.
So far I’ve managed:
To make categories, permalink and edit link disappear from the entries on a page of posts and the individual post page.
.entry-meta { display: none; }How do I keep the edit link? (Or individually hide each of the others?) It’s handy if it shows up when I’m logged in. Though don’t want it to show when visitors log in.
And to make the date disappear from entries on page of posts and individual post page.
.entry-date { display: none; }How do I make “by” and author disappear?
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oops, forgot to say, theme is Yoko.
And “by” and author appear on the individual post pages but not on the page of posts. I don’t know if that’s a general WP thing or specific to Yoko.
(Can we edit forum posts if we notice a mistake just after posting? Lots of forums allow that but I can’t see an edit post link.)
