hide comments box on all pages.

    Hi Everyone, hopefully someone can help me with the above issue. I paid for the premium upgrade. however i dont seem to be able to edit CSS or download plugins. I tried downloading wordpress from the .org site but it simply doesnt work, i’d just like to know how to hide the comments boxes completely, and if there is a way to use plugins and edit CSS without downloading the zip file, (which once extracted doesnt seem to work at all) many thanks in advance!
