Hide "Comments Off" in Steira theme

    Hi everyone,
    I just want to remove the “COMMENTS OFF” at the bottom right hand corner of each blog post. I would like to remove it from both the home page and the individual posts. I would prefer a CSS solution because I have to have ping backs, etc turned off for another reason.
