  I need some kind of plugin for hiding some part of the post and make it visible only for logged in member WITH specific role(s). Any advice?

  Can you please share the link to your website?

  Such type of feature can be applied only using a plugin by creating the membership plans. At WordPress.com it can be done only if you have a Business Plan.
  No other plan allows you to install plugins.
