Hide Featured Image

  Hello!

  For some reason, every time I try to post an image within a blog post it automatically makes the image the ‘featured image’. I don’t want a featured image. I also tried to download the Hide featured image plugin, but that was no help.

  What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @gubookcrew,
  Try this:
  1. Go to My Site(s) → Customize(Beside the Themes option) or just click here: https://wordpress.com/customize/. This will open the site Customizer.
  2. On the sidebar of the Customizer click on the Content Options tab.
  3. At the very bottom, uncheck “Automatically use first image in post” option.
  4. Finally click Save & Publish.
