Hide my name from a comment I made

Dear Sir/Mme,
I’m writing to ask to hide my name and above all my SURNAME from a comment I made in the post I link below.
The system didn’t tell me, my name and above all my SURNAME will appear in the comment when I wrote it. Please it’s really important to hide my family name!Thank you in advance for your kind attention
