Hide “posted by”?

  I’m using WP to create a faux career web site with pages (rather than a blog). I’m using Andreas09 template (3 columns, lotsa widgets) at http://www.ulrikerodrigues.wordpress.com. Since I’ll be the only one ever posting, how can I hide “posted by” but not the timestamp?

  There are ways to adjust this with CSS upgrade but not without. The only other option is to change themes. Some themes show authors and some don’t. There isn’t a list or anything that gives the specs for the themes..that would be soooooooooo nice!
