Hide posts from posts page

    I run the site WrestleWorld.co.uk and have my blog posts on a page called articles. Home page is a static page. I have a category called interviews for an interviews page however when I select this category the posts for the posts page show up there. I have a plugin which displays posts on certain pages for certain categories but I can’t figure out how o remove the interviews posts from the main blog post page. Thanks
