hide scrollbar from sidebar

  Hi, i can’t hide the scrollbar of the sidebar in Blask Theme, i have used some css code but they don’t work, if i zoom in the page (80%) the bar is showed.
  If possible, i’d like to remove the scrollbar when the page has a 80% zoom
