hide stats for lower roles

  I want to hide the dasboard, especially the stats for the lower roles of the writers just like employee or author,so that they cannot read the stats. They should not be able to customize the dasboard related to the stats by drop-down-menue.
  What can I do`?

  Only the blog’s Administrator will be able to view Site Stats. While other users on your blog can access the Site Stats page, no information will be displayed to them.
