Hide subpages, get rid of widgets, hide page title on page (another post)
-
A post with this topic was recently closed. Today I arrived at the following css code to hide “Home” on my Vigilance Theme Navigation Menu:
#nav .current_page_item /* hides “Home” navigation item,04/09/09 */ {
display:none;
}Thanks to others for the inspiration. It was not easy hiding “Home.” It took lots of trial [and error]–just wanted to share. I have a somewhat extensive list of css coding for Vigilance master.css mods in a static page on my blog. You are welcome to visit and take all you desire.

Well, “Home” is not totally gone. It is when I on the current page, but comes back when other static pages are selected. For me, this is a step in the right direction. More or different css coding is still needed. I welcome better coding [to hide “Home” on all pages–back to trial & error. Thanks! –jim

I wish for an edit function!!!
Actually, having “Home” show may not be bad as one drills down to other pages. It provides a path “Home.”
